Could be: All depends on how much of an elongation you are noticing. Perhaps you are referring to proptosis, which is an abnormal forward position of the eyeball from the eye socket, which if asymmetrical, is quite apparent. If you are concerned about your eye appearance, make an appointment with an Eye MD.
