Homework?: The most common skin problem is probably seborrheic dermatitis, especially in its mild form of dandruff. The rarest can't be defined as there are a host of illnesses for which there are only a few people ever reported. This kind of idle discussion does little good for anyone, but you may enjoy reading a dermatology textbook during your leisure time to make you appreciate your own health.
