Factor 9 deficiency:: Its a type of bleeding disorder due to lack of enough factor 9 in the body, mostly affecting males, but being a genetic disorder is passed by the female to her male offsprings. Once diagnosed its treatment is getting replacement of the factor 9. Genetic counseling is helpful to decrease the incidence as well. Good luck and best wishes for 2014.
