Anemia?: Sometimes anemic people can look yellow. You should get two laboratory tests: a bilirubin and a complete blood count (or a hemoglobin/hematocrit). If the bilirubin is normal, you're not jaundiced. The complete blood count will tell you whether you're anemic.

Beta Carotene??: People on high dose vitamin supplements can get too much beta carotene that can give a yellow orange skin discolorations. Certainly if you are asian or a person of "color" this may be your normal pigmentary pattern. If any doubts i would see your doctor.
