How can i tell if my iud is still in place after using softcups and what are the chances the cup will dislodge it?

Couple of ways: First, you can check for the strings by inserting a finger into the vagina. If you can feel the strings that is a good sign. A sonogram will also be able to confirm the appropriate placement of your iud. The softcups should not dislodge the iud. They are compatible to be used together.
