Why just "mini"?: If you really want to know everything about medicine (which is actually impossible but a grand ambition) why not go to medical school? After undergrad prep courses it takes doctors 4 years of med school ; at least 3 years of internship/residency to learn just enough to start a practice. There's an immense amount to learn. It's impossible to know anywhere close to everything without extensive study.
