Probably: Pain at the junction of the ribs and sternum (costosternal joint), or insertion of the pectoralis major on the sternum, and at your age not anything to be worried about. You can probably isolate the culprit by touching each of these joints individually and see which one is tender. Weight lifting or other activities causing flexion of the pectoralis muscles can cause, but not serious.
