No worries: The heart is like the eyes- it's rare to have a perfect one. If you do an echo on most of us, you'd find evidence of trace regurgitation in some or all of the valves. As long as the heart is working well and it's trace regurgitation it's no problem. The aorta diamater sounds normal but depends how they measured it. The doctor that ordered the test should be contacting you with the results too.
