What doctor what i have to go see if my hair is thinning out? i'm a 20 woman.

Primary MD or Derm: Either your primary care doctor or a specialist (dermatologist) can assist you with figuring out the cause of hair loss/hair thinning. Keep in mind some insurances will want you to have a referral from your primary before they will pay for a specialist visit, and most dermatologists appreciate you having seen your primary to rule out the most common causes before they get involved.
