Not a lot: Warts are caused by papilloma virus infection. Confined to the superficial layers of skin, they rarely bleed , if bleeds by scratching etc will be minimum. If it is bleeding may not be a wart see your physician.

Yes: Warts are very vascular and if irritated or picked at can bleed quite easily.
