Allergies: I hate to say it, but itching/sneezing/runny nose, provided you're not sick at the time with a viral infection, is usually the result of environmental or seasonal allergies. Even if you've never had them before, you can actually develop allergies at any age, though don't give up hope as you can lose them too. It's worth checking your environment; any new exposures that could account for this?
