Internet Medicine: Please, there is little we can do other than teach you that it is very unwise to get psychiatric treatment online. I am so happy to hear that you are sober and clean and working on getting well. But, an expert in add and other mental illnesses needs to test you and get you the right diagnosis and then offer the most appropriate treatment in person.

Not well: In this case you have two issues that work against one another. Opiates lead to decreased mentation and slower reaction times. Most of the meds to treat add work in exactly the opposite direction. It would very challenging to appropriately treat the two issues at the same time. It would be better to taper off the sub ozone and then treat the add.
