DISCUSS WITH DOCTORS: We can not tell you the cause of your persistent pain and itching inside.You have to sit down with your doctors and ask what is causing your symptoms and what can be prescribed to relieve it may need to do cat scan and/or ultrasound if not already done.

Meckel's: Ask for a meckel's scan. The meckel's diverticulem is often the cause of undiagnosed abdominal pain. This is a congenital abnormality and hard to diagnose. Many if not most primary care physicians have never seen one.

My stomach/abdomen itches after eating almost every meal.I have a large scar there but its 20 years old.No itching anywhere else.Why could this be?
Confused by lab variation. Over past 2yrs my lipase has been checked intermittently. At one lab I'm always slightly elevated, but at another I'm normal. Initial symptoms of burning stomach for which I had a normal endoscopy and CT scan. PPI helps. ?
