NOT likely: There are very few meds that affect the HCG and if not given by an obstetrician or a reproductive endocrinologist, you are not likely to be taking anything that will affect the HCG level. So, if you tested positive on a hpt (home pregnancy test) and not taking any specialty med, chance is good that you pregnant--being 23 and sexually active? Consult doc. Good luck.
