At this age taking growth hormone will bulk muscle and could make bones thicker, but are not going to make them longer, and thus, no increase in height. No: Your growth is dependent on your genetic predisposition and healthy diet. Hormonal therapy helps only when deficient. Most of your growth may be done though your epiphyseal plate usually closes at about 25 years hence you may grow a little.
