UR Normal: It just means the muscles, ligaments, airway and organs in front of the spine in your neck look normal.

Normal: It means, that the markings related to ligaments, fluid, tissue, and muscle other than bones that sometimes show on an x-ray appear to be normal. In the picture, the whitest areas are the most dense and likely to be bone, with the darkest areas likely to be air. You can see the lungs are mostly dark (air) with some lighter streaks, which can be blood vessels, the air tubes (bronchioles), etc.
