Bleeding: Each pack of birth control pills is inducing a period. Generic birth control pills are effective, but the levels can differ slightly from the brand and as such your periods may be a different. It may take a few months to resolve. Use alleve or Motrin for the cramps. Tylenol (acetaminophen) doesn't work that well.
