See physician: Sometimes myalgia can develop with prolonged usage of certain medications to treat gastroesophageal reflux. Not usually from ger. Briefness of history suggests maybe have concurrent viral process causing myalgia. Any other symptoms of fever and malaise? Jaw pain unusual. Ger causes chest pain, sore throat, hoarseness.Suggest seeing physician for exam and possible tests for diagnosing problem.
