Fast heartbeat: Due to the innate responses of your sympathetic nervous system, your heart will beat faster in all those situations. Within limits, your exercise (running) can be healthy; the others may cause over-stimulation. It may help to work on your anger ; fear so that your resilience improves. The alcohol and caffeine are not required parts of your diet. You can choose what to do.
