It's possible...: Mirtazapine seems to work pretty quickly in general. You have not been off it very long; it is possible it may work pretty quickly.

Mirtazepine: Please contact your psychiatrist about what has happened. If s/he agrees, you can re-start your medication. There may still be a lag period before effectiveness.
