Doubtful : Eyelashes grow out of "preset" areas on the lid. You can't move these. Chronic inflammation can cause the eyelashes to grow out of the glands (little sweat ducts called meibomian glands) around your eye. This is called distichiasis. Your manipulation of your eyelids may be making this worse and causing the eyelash to grow normal. Go to your eye doctor.
