do eyelashes grow back after being pulled out because of eyelash extensions?

Eyelashes grow back: After being plucked or pulled away by tweezers generally a new eye lash will grow back in the hair follicle and replace the one lost. As long as the hair follicle is not destroyed by electro cautery or Laser it will grow back after a dormant period.
