A member asked:

Is it wrong that i am working out my shoulder, triceps and legs in same day at the gym?

Not necessarily: Whole body workouts are fine if you give your body time to recover. Often times a m-w-f schedule can be good. Many athletes alternate days for major muscle groups instead and see greater gains in strength.

Nope!: It doesn't really matter what combo of exercises you do in a day as long as you are not overworking each muscle group. You need time for the muscle group to rest. For example, if you do shoulder, tri, ; legs today, give them a rest and do biceps, abs and cardio the tomorrow. Whatever combo works best for you!
