Why?: The most likely scenario is that your nasal congestion has not been under control. Are you using your Flonase regularly and aiming the sprout towards the outside of the nose (instead of pointing to the center)? First you should consult an allergist who may refer you to an ENT if the ct sinus scan showed obstruction at the sinus opening. You may also get an immune evaluation.

Acute sinusitis: The condition caused by the common cold with symptoms:nasal discharge, pressure around your eyes, pain, toothache of the maxillary teeth and headache. If the condition is mild over the counter and home remedies are sufficient to treat sinusitis. If you have continuous fever call your doctor. If viral antibiotics won't help.

Sinusitis: You seem to also suffer from nasal allergies, these can lead to repeated sinus infections. See an allergist and get on allergy shots, your sinus infections will slowly resolve.
