I have crepitus in my knees how can i treat this?

It depends: If it does not cause pain no treatment is needed and it has no significance. If it is associated with pain, then it may indicate an arthritic process. See a doctor and have the knee x rayed in this case.

May not need treatme: May not need treatment. If no pain and no instability and no limitation of knee motion and no swelling, redness or warmth, it does not need treatment.
