Could be: Peroneous brevis tendon attaches there and helps evert/pull foot outwards. You can also suffer from a bursitis (fluid sac) over the base where the bone protrudes. Stress reactions or fractures of the base of the 5t metatarsal also will gin=ve you pain there. See a doc get examined x-ray +- mri. If tendon should feel a bit better in a low wedged heel that takes some of tension off tendon
