Urine preg/Urinanaly: If it was a normal period then probably not pregnant. The way to make 99.99% sure is with a urine preg test. Implant bleeding occasionally looks like a light period but usually doesn't last 3 days. More concern is pain upon peeing... Could be urinary tract infection or even an std. Need a urinanalysis and a culture to figure that out. You need to see your doctor for that answer.
