Please clarify: Having bleeding represents the very definition of not being pregnant. Also, if there is no sperm there can be no pregnancy.

Anything is possible: If his penis was erect and it was any where near the entrance to your vagina even though as you say he did not ejaculate or penetrate and being in a state of sexual excitement a little amount of semen may drip out. Those sperm are very good swimmers. Never the less i assume you had your period after this incident then the chances of pregnancy are low. The UTI has no bearing here.
