Are you depressed: Or hallucinating or just having trouble with premature ejaculation? If you are depressed, then perhaps an increase in clomipramine is warranted. Your doctor can check a blood level and adjust your dose. If you need an antipsychotic, then 2-10 mg of Abilify (aripiprazole) could help.I hope this helps.
