Could be: It looks like you are on standard treatment for allergic rhinnitis. Other common causes of chronic cough include gerd and cough cariant asthma. Discuss with your primary md.

Cough: It can be post nasal drip or sinusitis, see an allergist, get tested and rule out asthma as it is commonly found with nasal allergies.
