No and No: Simultaneous orgasm has nothing to do with the chances of conception though it can be emotionally satisfying for those with the skill to do this! there is no evidence that position makes any difference at all though it is recommended that women lie down (perhaps with hips on a small pillow) for 10-15 minutes after intercourse.
