Bus knocked a signpost over, which then fell onto shoulder. how can you tell if collar bone is broken? what should i do to help it heal if not broken?

Collar bone.: Collar bone fractures are often obvious as the overlying skin is thin and the bone can be felt directly below. Generally fractures of the clavicle are not of much consequence. Heat / ice / non steroidal anti inflammatories and rest.
