Antisocial pathology: Sociopaths are individuals who have limited capacity for remorse, empathy, or sympathy with regard to others. They often use others to their own advantage and care little of the harm that may come to others in the process. Extreme examples would be criminals, murderers, and serial killers who do not feel guilt the same way that empathic people do. Often times they come across as slick/smooth.

Antisocial: The modern clinical term for sociopathy is antisocial personality disorder. The hallmark of this disorder is the person seems to have no conscience, or sense of morality, or right or wrong. This person cannot empathize with others, is opportunistic, predatory, and often thrill seeking. An example of this would be Charles Manson.
