Vomiting, pain: Nausea and vomiting are prominent symptoms, as well as intermittent cramping abdominal pain. There may also be rectal bleeding/bloody stools, a mass that can be palpated in the abdomen and shortness of breath. Later there may be lethargy and signs of sepsis. This needs to be treated early, so do not delay in seeking medical attention.
