Panic trigger: Many such events can trigger panic. I found that after becoming a parent I became incredibly more sensitized to hearing a child cry no matter where it occurred or who was crying. Recommend anyone having developed a panic attack seek professional help to identify triggers and work on taming your response. Behavioral health pro can go over effective interventions.
