Many things: This picture shows the lymph vessels in green. Anything that blocks flow can cause enlarged lymph nodes and swelling. This includes infection, cancer, or blood clots. There's also "superior vena cava syndrome" which causes swelling in the face, arms and hands on both sides. See a doctor soon to determine the cause!
