Bartholin: Most common reason for enlarging vaginal lip would be a Bartholin's gland cyst. These are common, like a blocked pore or duct. Can be painful and may need to be drained. Could be other reasons as well, an exam by doctor or nurse can help you diagnose. Good luck!
