Can be: Depends on the extent of desired hair removal. Does require several visits to remove most unwanted hair as the hair can only be destroyed during its growing cycle. Many hairs are in resting mode and will not be effectively removed. Set intervals for retreatment is the way the hairs will be most effectively reduced.
