Please help! i have reallly dark under-eye circles! please help!?

Allergies?: These are called allergic shiners and are part of allergy symptoms. Swelling of the veins like a hemorrhoid under the eyes is causing the dark circles. If having allergy symptoms use OTC antihistamine. Can try prep H under the eye to help reduce swelling. Get plenty of rest. See doctor if not getting better.

Allergy symptoms: Capillary leakage from histamine release due to allergies cause the swelling. With chronic capillary permeability, red blood cells leak and stain the skin leaving a darker pigmented appearance.
