Hydrate: Eat a well balanced meal, drink plenty of fluids and stay hydrated, get plenty of sleep about 7-8 hours a day, use sunscreen and use sunglasses when you go outside. You can use a cold compress or a bag of frozen peas or something to put on your eyes to constrict the blood vessels that can cause under eye darkness. You can try an eye cream which contains caffeine in it. Otherwise surgery or makeup.

Dark circles: The skin under and around the eyes is very thin. Dark circles may be alleviated by making sure you are well hydrated and getting enough sleep. Also make sure you are not deficient in vitamins and minerals, including vit k. However, dark circles are mainly hereditary. So if it runs in your family, your best bet is to find a good concealer. Creams tend not to help.
