Be safe: And consider any non-trauma related dull or achy, or sharp pain in your left arm cardiac in nature if that thought comes to your mind. If you are considering it for some reason, then be safe and get it checked out by a physician as soon as possible. That being said, all left arm pain is not a heart related, but if something made you consider that, get it checked out.
