Retract ; wash: Foreskin should retact easily & be retracted when u urinate & wash. Smega, cheesy material that collects under foreskin & consists of dead skin cells & oily sebaceous material, should be removed every day whilst retracting foreskin. Suggest you see a urologist if foreskin does not fully ; easily retract, in which case prescription strength steroid cream could be tried to loosen skin or surgery.
