Seek therapy!: Losing a limb is like losing a very personal dream. Usually, the best way to deal with such a loss, is to talk about it with others, become active, and even go back to work. Most people need professional help to develop the motivation to rehabilitate physically and emotionally. In my opinion, this person needs to seek a good therapist or counselor.
