Psychotherapy: Finding a good sex therapist to discuss the reasons behind your struggles can be helpful, also ssri like Prozac and Celexa and zoloft (sertraline) have as a common side effect delayed ejaculation and can sometimes be of use for premature ejaculation problems.

Premature ejac: To deal with premature ejaculation, it's essential that you learn to recognize the point just before orgasm, and practice controlling this. Methods include the "start-stop" and the "squeeze" techniques. You can learn these either with a cooperative partner, or by yourself. Here's a brief article by dr. Ruth: http://tinyurl.Com/d6bq94a good luck! there are also drugs like ssri's, but not needed.
