Yes: It may improve with PC exercises - and will take some time - but don't lose hope. It may be due to excessive/quick masturbation. If so, try not to do so quickly and utilize some exercises - for exercises - i would suggest helen singer kaplan's book titled "how to overcome premature ejaculation" if it is negatively impacting you - and you don't have time for self-help books - talk to your doctor.

Sexual Dysfunction : The mainstay of medical treatment for premature ejaculation has been ssri type antidepressants. Paxil (paroxetine) 10-20mg is most often used. It can be taken about an hour before sex or or on a daily basis. It stays in your system for a few days and can have other side effects as a result. In the usa watch for a new short acting drug (dapoxetine) this year. It will be just for premature ejaculation.

PE is Very Common: Premature ejaculation (pe) may effect more men than even erectile dysfunction. The normal time from penetration to ejaculation is around 2 minutes. Some men cannot delay ejaculation but for a few seconds after penetration and some cannot even penetrate first. Numbing creams and "distraction" methods work, but not always. Kegels (pc squeeze) is unreliable. Using ssri meds off-label for pe works.
