Nurse often and pump: If you are trying to increase your milk production try to nurse your infant every 2-3 hours during the days, no more than 30 minutes of total feeding. After the feeding i would try to pump for 10 more minutes using a good electric pump. Make sure to drink plenty of water and eat well. Breast feeding is a sensitive supply and demand system and the more the baby demands the more milk you'll make.
