Use them!: You can do a bunch of exercises at home that involve the kids - use them as your weights and lift them i the air, do leg lifts with them on your legs. Stretching can be done all together. Then, outdoor activities - take walks with them, get one of the running strollers . Finally, try and have someone watch them an hour or two several times a week - you deserve some "you time" too.
