Orajel: Orajel is a topical anesthetic that is not specific to the oral cavity. It's numbing effect can work anywhere, but it would be more effective on mucous membranes. Please read the directions before using it.

Yes, but: Oragel is formulated to work best on mucus membranes such as the mouth and nose. It is less effective on "outside" skin tissues. There are much more effective otc topical anesthetics that you can easy pick up at your pharmacy that will work better on their parts of the body. Ask your pharmacist for guidance.
