Cluster b refers to the so-called 'dramatic' cluster and can include borderline, antisocial, histrionic, or narcissistic. Each has its own specific description. Often times the idea is that the person is thought of as 'emotional' or 'dramatic' or 'attention seeking' in some way. We all have diff't personality traits.
