Yes: The minimal risk when a patient is well treated is not to the point BF is ever considered proper in this country. Only in the 3rd world, where a babies risk of dying from dysentery triggered by tainted water would BF be considered a better choice.This is thoroughly discussed in the recommendations of the CDC.
